Great food- quick, excellent service, cute little place inside the Cosmopolitan! We went around noon- the place had a long line- but they have the operations down- line was moving pretty fast - and I think within 30 min - we were seated and eating our food! My son and I got the gaucho sandwich - we both loved it! Sliced Wagyu beef steak, arugula, fried egg on brioche bun - definitely hit! The truffle hash browns had the perfect crisp! Chocolate chip coookie per my son was 'mid'! Overall we were glad we got to try the place, during our short, overnight stay in Vegas!

Loved that they have a gluten free bread option! It was actually pretty tasty. Had the turkey and avocado sandwich which was a great fast bite. Don't skip the truffle hash browns, they were yummy. What's not fast is the line. On a random Tuesday it still took a solid 25 min to place an order so plan accordingly.

If you're in Vegas and you haven't been to Eggslut then you are missing out! This is my favorite quick service breakfast spot in Vegas although you need to get there early or you will be waiting for a while. My favorite breakfast item here is The Slut and it's like nothing I've ever had before! It's a perfectly poached egg on top of a creamy light potato puree served with toasted baguettes. Although the Slut has potato puree I also ordered the Truffle Hashbrowns because how could one pass these up? Overall this place is great! They also offer breakfast sandwiches which I've also had and everything is fresh and made to order! If you're in the Cosmopolitan def stop by this place! Located on the 2nd level across from Chandelier Bar.

Came here around lunchtime and it was still poppin! I've had the simpler egg sandwiches from Eggslut before but this was the first time I got to try the more "lunch style" ones! My boyfriend and I had the following: - Gaucho (boyfriend got it and it was savory and tender) - Cheeseburger with Bacon (I got this and it was absolutely flavorful with a good level of umami) - Truffle Hashbrowns (we shared these and the hashbrowns were soooo good! Not too heavy and tasted nice and crisp) Despite a sort of long wait time in line, waiting for the food wasn't bad! Location is in one of the busier levels of the Cosmo, so expect a lot of noise and limited seating. It's a high energy space with yummy food!
